Hello, my name is Dawn and I'm a software tester. It's not my fault, I was born that way. As a lifelong seeker of knowledge and experience with software and testing (35+ years in IT), I work with testers and teams around the world to elevate testing as a discipline, and target quality as a goal for teams and organizations to support successful and sustainable deployments. I'm particularly passionate about usable and effective software design, as well as software and system performance and reliability.
